1. General By using House Homie’s services and website, you agree to these Terms of Service. House Homie provides exterior home services including window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, gutter brightening, house washing, and permanent LED lighting installation in the Ottawa area.

2. SMS Messaging Program House Homie operates a transactional SMS program. By providing your phone number through our website forms, you consent to receive text messages related to your service, including quote responses, appointment confirmations and coordination, service follow-ups, and customer support. This is a conversational, customer-care messaging program and does not include promotional or marketing content.

3. Opt-Out Instructions You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from House Homie. For assistance, reply HELP.

4. Message and Data Rates Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan. House Homie is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.

5. Carrier Liability Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

6. Age Restriction You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or to consent to receive SMS messages from House Homie.

7. Service Terms All quotes are estimates based on information provided and final pricing may vary based on site conditions. House Homie reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather or safety conditions.

8. Payment Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Liability House Homie carries liability insurance. Any claims related to service must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
