Ending a plan before the 12 months are up has a one-time flat fee: Bronze $100, Silver $200, Gold $500, Platinum $750.

Homie Club FAQ
Which plan is right for me?
Bronze keeps your exterior windows clean in spring and fall. Silver adds gutter cleaning on both visits. Gold is our best-value plan: it adds a July visit, a full house soft wash, gutter brightening and interlock cleaning. Platinum adds a fourth visit, a second soft wash and two more interlock cleanings.
How is my price set?
By the size of your home, in four bands: under 2,000 sqft, 2,000–3,000 sqft, 3,000–4,000 sqft and 4,000+ sqft. Pick your home size above the plans to see your price.
How do payments work?
You make one down payment, then 12 equal monthly payments. There is no interest and there are no hidden fees. Your member price is the down payment plus the 12 payments.
Is interior window cleaning included?
Plans cover exterior windows. Interior window cleaning, with screens included, can be added to any plan at 15% off.
Is pressure washing included?
No. Pressure washing isn't part of any Homie Club plan and is booked separately.
What if I'm not happy with a visit?
Let us know and we'll come back and re-clean it for free.
How much interlock does a plan cover?
Each interlock cleaning covers up to 500 sqft. Larger areas are quoted at member rates.
What happens after the first year?
Your plan renews automatically at the same member rate.
Can I end my plan early?
Yes. If you end your plan before the 12 months are up, there is a one-time flat fee: Bronze $100, Silver $200, Gold $500 or Platinum $750.
