House Homie – Terms of Service
By booking a service with House Homie, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Service Overview
House Homie provides professional exterior and window cleaning services using industry-standard techniques and tools. Our team is trained to deliver high-quality service with care and attention to detail.
2. Access Requirements
Clients must ensure that all areas requiring service are accessible at the scheduled time. If access is not possible due to locked gates, aggressive pets, or other obstructions, the job may be rescheduled or subject to a no-access fee.
3. Weather Delays
Due to the nature of our work, services may be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. We will notify you as early as possible and reschedule at the next available time slot.
4. Payment Terms
Full payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
5. Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Last-minute cancellations may result in a fee to cover lost time and travel costs.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of the job, please notify us within 24 hours of service. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue.
7. Window Damage Disclaimer
House Homie is not liable for any window damage discovered during or after cleaning. Many windows may have pre-existing flaws such as scratches, cracked seals, oxidation, or manufacturing defects that are not visible until after cleaning is completed.
Our technicians use safe, industry-standard cleaning techniques and tools, including water-fed poles, squeegees, and scrapers as needed. However, older or compromised windows—especially those with tempered glass, low-E coatings, or prior construction debris—can react unpredictably to cleaning.
By hiring House Homie, you acknowledge this risk and agree that we are not responsible for damage to windows that may have been previously compromised or made visible as a result of cleaning.
8. Liability Limits
House Homie is fully insured. However, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from delays, cancellations, or dissatisfaction with service. Our total liability, in any circumstance, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
9. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. The most current version will always be available via our website and linked in your booking confirmation.
